Week 7 summer term update – Did we win? Are we officially the ‘Medium MAT of the year’ ??

So did we win? ………………………… No!

But a group of LAT senior leaders from the 3 original LAT schools, Woodfield, Prince Rock and Salisbury Road had a great time losing!

Never mind!

It was a great honour to be personally nominated for CEO of the year in my final year in the MAT as we celebrate my retirement and the LAT approaches its 10th birthday. It was also a real joy to celebrate the LAT’s 10 years with colleagues who were there at the beginning of the journey and are still working for the LAT today.

In it to win it and all that, but we didn’t …. So onwards and upwards!

The joy of Birmingham!

So, have you noticed that your headteachers and some of the LAT’s school improvement team have returned this week full of enthusiasm and all reinvigorated and re inspired?

At the end of last week a group of of senior LAT colleagues enjoyed a fantastic 2 day leadership conference in Birmingham.

During the day, our leaders were fully engaged in the conference.
